Ginkgo Financial Services Ltd (正诚贷款保险服务有限公司) was established in 2012 with a clear mission: to provide trusted, professional insurance and financial advice tailored to our clients’ needs.

Over the years, we have grown alongside our clients. In 2014, we expanded our services to include lending solutions, enabling us to support clients not only in protecting their wealth, but also in building it.

In 2022, we were granted a Full Financial Advice Provider (FAP) Licence under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (Licence No. 719251), reflecting our commitment to high professional standards and regulatory compliance.

    Joyce founded Ginkgo Financial Services Ltd in 2012, at same year became a FANZ member. She is an insurance and mortgage expert fully qualified level 5. She knows the finance industry and has 10+ years’ experience. She started insurance business since 2007 and mortgage business since 2014. She loves the process, understands all levels from approach to policy issued or settled. There is no deal that is too small or too big for her.

Anita is a financial advisor and fully qualified level 5 in Life & Health insurance. She joined Ginkgo financial services Ltd since 2016. She is a nice person who likes to help her client to get better solutions and provides them with the excellent services.
