Ginkgo Financial Services Ltd (正诚贷款保险服务有限公司) was established in 2012 with a clear mission: to provide trusted, professional insurance and financial advice tailored to our clients’ needs.
Over the years, we have grown alongside our clients. In 2014, we expanded our services to include lending solutions, enabling us to support clients not only in protecting their wealth, but also in building it.
In 2022, we were granted a Full Financial Advice Provider (FAP) Licence under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (Licence No. 719251), reflecting our commitment to high professional standards and regulatory compliance.

I believe there are two things worth getting right in life — making sure your family is protected, and making sure they have a place to call home. A good insurance policy isn't just paperwork; it's your family's real peace of mind. And for so many who've made New Zealand home, owning a warm, safe place to live is a dream close to the heart. This is what I show up for every day — built on trust, for the long run.
I'm a licensed Financial Advice Provider (FAP) in New Zealand, a proud member of Financial Advisers NZ, and a recognised Trusted Adviser. I've been honoured as an MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) member and IDA (International Dragon Award) winner for consecutive years — a reflection not just of industry recognition, but of the trust and understanding I've built with every client along the way.
My Story
I stepped into the insurance industry in 2007, and expanded into mortgage advisory in 2014. Over the years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside families through some of life's biggest moments — buying a first home, growing a business, raising kids, and making sure the right insurance is there to protect every chapter.
In 2012, I founded Ginkgo — a licensed financial services company in New Zealand. We know that the real value of insurance isn't in the paperwork you sign on day one. It's in having someone in your corner when it matters most. That's why we take after-sales service seriously — from regular policy reviews and cover updates, to being right there with you through every step of a claim.

Anita is a financial advisor and fully qualified level 5 in Life & Health insurance. She joined Ginkgo financial services Ltd since 2016. She is a nice person who likes to help her client to get better solutions and provides them with the excellent services.
